<h3>Returns and refunds</h3>
<p>Cold plunge units are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery under our 30 Day Home Trial. Accessories purchased separately are final sale. Please refer to our refund policy for full details.</p>

<h3>Warranty</h3>
<p>All Plunvex cold plunge units include a 1 year warranty covering parts and labor. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.</p>

<h3>Prohibited uses</h3>
