<p>Every order ships free to all 50 US states. No minimums. No codes. No exceptions.</p>

<h3>Processing time</h3>
<p>Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our US warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.</p>

<h3>Delivery time</h3>
<p>Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.</p>

<h3>Where do you ship?</h3>
<p>We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time. We do not ship to PO boxes for cold plunge units due to the size and weight of the shipment.</p>

<h3>Order tracking</h3>
<p>Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.</p>

<h3>Damaged or lost shipments</h3>
<p>If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. If your shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.</p>
